As all of our items are cut to order, we are unable to rectify any mistakes once the order has been processed. You will get a confirmation email when you place your order, if there are any errors please let us know straight away.

In normal circumstances we aim to complete your order as quickly as possible, however delays that are beyond our control do happen. If this were to impact your order we will contact you straight away. We do encourage customers not to book definite deadlines until there order is cut and ready (eg the carpenters coming on Monday and I need the timber for him), however we do understand that sometimes this is an unavoidable part of the process and will do our best to help with the smooth running of your project.
